VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS: RED VICTORY JERSEY SET

    With the Vegas Golden Knights approaching their 6th year in the NHL, they wanted to introduce a brand new identity using their third primary color of red. With the reverse retro lineup in early 2021, they were able to explore a new jersey concept using their secondary logo. With the jersey only being worn twice throughout the season, fans were disappointed with not seeing it being used. With a new concept being introduced this year, it is essential that fans are excited to wear something that they can share with the NHL community. The new marketing concept called “Red Victory” is based on the Game of Thrones “Red Wedding” episode. The new jersey concept having red marks accenting the player will help bring the team to the Stanley Cup while striking fear into the other teams. Within this design, there was a need to pay homage to the reverse retro jersey series in the 2020 - 2021 season. With this new design, they wanted to showcase their secondary icon, the famous sign right outside of Las Vegas, the “Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas”. Their secondary color within this design is used to highlight the red blood of their enemies which is used to intimidate other teams.
